The Chariot

The Chariot

The Chariot represents success despite all the difficulties surrounding the enquirer. It also represents the enquirer’s ability to overcome hindrances and limitations.

It also indicates that the enquirer will travel to new places and meet new friends and acquaintances. However it also indicates some sort of unexpected change in the life of the enquirer.

Chariots are the vehicles of the valiant warriors that take them triumphantly back to their homes from the battlefront. The Chariot, in this card, is drawn by strange and powerful creatures. These animals represent our Will, which is a wayward beast and needs to be reined and brought to control.

If the warrior or for that matter any person cannot control his wild desires, he is doomed to defeat and failure. He cannot achieve his objectives of attaining peace and happiness in life.

The Chariot card, therefore, depicts the struggle within the man. It is struggle between the right and the wrong, the moral and the immoral, the virtue and the vice, the just and the unjust. We have to control our negative desires.
