Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your Psychic Reading with one of Psychics, Mediums and Clairvoyants, please follow the procedures below in order to get a full refund for your reading.


We aim to provide you with the best Psychic Reading experience and the best Psychic available at the time of your call. However there could be different reasons on why you are not satisfied with your reading.

You are entitled to a Full Refund credited to your account if you are not satisfied with the reading. (Valid for Credit Card Readings only).

Please terminate the reading between 5-15 minutes if you are not satisfied. You must contact Access Positive directly to authorise your refund immediately after the call. Please call us on:

1. Credit Card Psychic Reading

If you paid using your credit card for you Psychic Reading, please call the Helpdesk from one of our numbers above and notify the operator the details of your Psychic Reading such as:

If you received a Transaction Receipt by email, please respond to the email and notify us that you are unhappy with the reading.

We can only offer refunds back into the same credit card account you used for our service. Please note that refunds may take a few days usually within 3-5 business days for the funds to clear into your account.

2. Phone Psychic Readings

If you called our 1900 number and spoke to a Psychic and was not happy with the reading, please call our Customer Service Line at 1800 732 337 and supply us with the details of your call.

You will need to send us a copy of your Phone bill which shows the number of minutes you spoke to the Psychic and the details of the call. Your phone bill should also show our 1900 Number. Kindly prepare the following details below when you give us a call:

Please Note: If you think you were incorrectly charged on your Phone Bill please check that the charge was made from one of our numbers and/or services. If not you will need to get in contact with Telstra to find the phone provider who billed your account. You can also Google the 1900 number that was billed on your account to see the phone provider that offers the 1900 number. If you need further help please call the helpdesk.

This psychic site and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using this site, the psychic contractors listed on it, or its content. By giving us your email address you agree to allow us to send you occassional maketing materials. We will never pass your details to another company.
