The Ten of Pentacles

The Ten of Pentacles often reveals to the enquirer that they will have great material success, but it will be achieved only after many years of efforts and therefore not altogether satisfactory.

In some cases, the ten of Pentacles will also represent the inheritance of land or property from a close relation.

The Ten of Pentacles or the Lord of Wealth card indicates not only the material prosperity but spiritual wealth as well. This card teaches the subjects that both kinds of wealth can be achieved only after putting lots of hard work and diligence.

It tells us that our thoughts, actions, wishes and speech create important realities. When we use our energies in positive direction we reap rich rewards. If, on the other hand, we direct our energies in a negative manner, we pick up cards like the Ten of Wands or the Ten of Swords that make ominous predictions.

This card also teaches us that we should generously give away our surplus wealth. If we hoard the unneeded wealth, the energy that brought us this wealth, will stop flowing freely in our life.
