We are all on the path of learning whether we are a new-born baby or on our day of passing. It carries on through time from one generation to another, it is continuous, and it is time itself.

Facing truth can be a difficult task especially during painful times. When we avoid the concerns of others and ourselves we are living in a world of illusion. The fears we have of facing the truths stops our growth as human beings. There comes a time when we all face truth, when that time comes and the fears drift away, we can truly start to have communication and relationships with others and ourselves. When there is no pretence in us the only essence that is left is pure understanding and love.

Now take a deep breath and look at where you are now in communicating with others, and imagine yourself and your being in the a place of truth, respect, understanding and love, for it is not a hard thing to achieve, not if we truly believe.
